Tom was injured in a surfing accident leaving him a quadriplegic at 21 years old. Over the past 8 years he has had excellent home nursing care however his new insurance provider refuses to pay for this level of care and is attempting to cut costs by forcing Tom into a nursing home. This is the story of how Tom affects the lives of everyone around him. UPDATE: Our family has won the lawsuit and Blue Cross Blue Shield now provides Tom with 16 hours of home nursing care a day. Our family has been very fortunate. I can only hope that everyone facing a similar predicament has the same luck.

My girlfriend got into a car accident and her insurance was only liability and it was in her fathers name and the other driver whom was at fault has no insurance the bills are coming in what should she do?

Perhaps she should talk to daddy? Also, did she call the police when this accident occurred? If the police don’t have a record of the accident, she’s screwed.
