Question by NYCasian: Interview Question Why do you want to work in the banking industry?
Hey all,
I have a few interviews coming up for some entry level internships with a few banks (both commercial and investment in divisions such as Operations and Compliance). I am a senior in college.

I was wondering what is a good answer that will score points with the interviewer to the “Why do you want to be in the banking industry?” question.

My answer to this question would be that I like the corporate work environment, set work schedule, offers challenging work, and that the banking industry is something I want to learn more about as a career. Is this a good enough answer and does it sound genuine? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance!

Question by SeedRally: What is a new banking service you would like to see?
Is there a type of banking service that hasn’t been created anywhere, but you would like to see? It can be anywhere from a cell phone service, an iPod app, or whatever. Let me know!

No, mine is just an old one that no banks seem to do anymore. Stop charging me fees for taking money out of an out of network ATM.
