I have a few items on my credit report that show “scheduled to continue on record until June 2009. If I dispute these items now could those accounts be extended and remain on credit report past date originally said?

No.

This is per the Fair Credit Reporting Act and nothing but nothing resets that time line.

Report – Qantas Airways has grounded its fleet of Airbus A380 superjumbos following an incident that occurred over the western portion of Indonesia. Flight QF34 blew out an engine en route to Sydney, Australia. I’m filling out the rental application in order to rent a house. To show the landlord I have a good credit history, I’m thinking of including a credit report along with the application. Do you think that is a good idea?

You can…but they will likely pull it anyway. Can’t hurt, especially if the one you bring is different from the one they pull.

They will most likely pull one….*maybe* 2 but that costs them more $ $
