I’m in my late 30′s and having a nice life as a single man. It seems to me marrying is really about choosing to be a father – and I’m not sure that’s for me: changing dirty nappies, screaming, demanding kids. you are not missing on anything i dont get why people married if they dont like kids. marriage is about kids if you like to have get married if you dont then dont get married its as simple as that.
all that love thing is bullshit ive been in a relationship once in my life and it was the biggest mistake but its good i learned not to be in one again.
and theres the arguement that you are going to die alone if you dont get married well just look how kids treat their parents, most of them die in elderly caring homes…. so in my opinion just save for your elderly caring home now which should be easy since you are single and you got that covered

He doesn’t have any secrets to financial freedom. He has packaged his “advice” into seminars and DVD’s. He says that he was trying to be rich by 30 but he lost all his money at age 29 with bad investments. Then he learned to invest based on the Bible and got rich. He tells you all the ways that the Bible tells you to manage money. You could just read that yourself without him pulling out paragraphs for you.

When you pay your money, you get practical advice like “Live below your means”, but you didn’t need to pay him any money to know that. You also are told to go out and teach seminars yourself (you are teaching his advice) so you can make money. But there are already hundreds of others all offering to teach the seminars and you will be competing with them.

It is a big waste of money, but people are desperate to try anything…. with the economy so bad.

It’s not the foolish financial decisions by individuals that caused this….it is the failure of the federal government to provide proper leadership, and bailing out companies who have also failed in their responsibility…not to mention pressuring banks to give loans to people they knew could not afford it. As Americans, we have the Freedom to fail – but also the Freedom to succeed (at least for now).
