A shocking incident reported from Karnataka this time a 48 year old senior Karnataka administrative officer SP Mahantesh brutally attacked on Tuesday evening by some unknown persons. The victim a deputy director of the state cooperative societies audit was responsible for probing site allotments. Eyewitnesses say that the officer was dragged out of his car and hit on the head repeatedly with iron rods. Mahantesh is battling for his life, what is more shocking is the fact that no one has been questioned for the inquiry yet. The police have registered a case of attempt to murder under section 307 of the IPC.

Question by : What to do when scammed by a fraud debt collector?
We had a car towed and we paid Rickenbacker Collections a few years ago, and long story short, now the real collections agency is after us to pay the $ 900 sum again. It turns out Rickenbacker collections is a fraud and has scammed hundreds of people if not more. I understand that the best way to get the money back is to hire a lawyer, but we’re a family of poor Mexicans, so that’s not really an option for us. Is there anything else we can do to get this money back?

Best answer:

Answer by Kittysue
The first thing to do is contact your state Attorney General’s office. Also speak to your local Legal Aid office for free legal advice

A classic lecture by Professor Antony Sutton, who taught economics at California State University, and was a research fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution. In this talk, Prof. Sutton goes into his impeccable research on how a close-knit group of Western financiers and industrialists (centered around Morgan and Rockefeller in the US, and around Milner and the City financiers, in the UK) created and sustained their three supposed enemies right from the very beginning: Soviet Russia, Nazi Germany, and FDR’s Fabian socialism. Particularly, he goes into how Wall Street/City of London financiers used their banking institutions and their industrial enterprises to: 1) Help finance and sustain the Bolshevik Revolution. Build up Soviet industry during Lenin’s Five-Year Plans, both through finance, technology/industrial transfers and technical assistance. Continue to build the Soviets throughout the entire Cold War, through the same kinds of deals. This included the Korea and the Vietnam eras, during which American troops were being killed by… Western-made Soviet equipment. 2) Build up Nazi Germany, both financially and industrially; 3) Get FDR into power in America as their man, and even draw up the New Deal policies, especially FDR’s National Recovery Act — designed by Gerard Swopes of General Electric and deeply welcomed by Wall Streeters Morgan, Warburg and Rockefeller. Sutton was not a wild speculator. He was a distinguished academic researcher who documented …

Question by : My father wishes to deposit money into my bank account from his mastercard. But he does not use online banking?
My Dad wants to send me some money and just deposit into my bank account from his mastercard. He does not use online banking at all, so that is why he wishes to use his credit card. And Western Union is not an option. Is there a way he could possibly do this all from the comfort of his home, if he has all my bank account information?

Best answer:

Answer by falsi fiable
Ask his credit card company for a cash access check. He will be charged a transaction fee of 3 to 5% plus interest from the transaction date until the balance is fully paid off.

Question by hiddentohelp: Most people’s debts pale compared to mine, and yet I’m trying to avoid bankruptcy. Any advice? (info inside)
Wife and I married 2005, both RN’s, nice budget. Wife ill for year, cured. Bliss? No, depression now. Told new hubby “If you work *more* overtime we’ll get by, don’t you care?” If I asked “part-time job,” “I’m hurting and all you care about is you! Don’t you think I already feel bad about not having a job? You’re heartless!” *tears* Debt grew with struggle to give wife best…always having faith hope was right around corner. Had to be; love believes such things. 2nd year’s end I was stressed; grumpy; foolishly abusing Adderall (ironically her excuse for affair–I lost in trying to keep!) for energy to do overtime, housework, errands, everything. Wanted acceptance desperately! Paid well for my sacrifice: Jobless male playing online games all day told her how bad she had it, how worthless I was. Good listener, sensitive, sexual, paid well: care = phone sex (with me at work). Began finding. Worst fear realized. I moved out. Lost mind, job (6/07-1/08), suicidal. They met, did a lot. A lot.
Had full 8 month affair, ate me alive, lived to tell. Now alone at 28. $ 30,000 credit card debt, 4 cards. $ 45,000 secured loans. Student loans. Held good job 3 mo. now, making 22.50/hour, 50+ hrs/week. Bring about $ 800 net in weekly, should be a lot, but isn’t. She wont work. Advice? Want to avoid bankruptcy… Afraid and lonely. If they begin garnishing my wages, I’m as good as gone.
Hmm… Hope is a difficult thing to come by. Rarer still are those who are able to offer it. Thank you, Mags, I appreciate it. Craig…while you were typing, didn’t something in your mind whisper “I, uh, think he’s figured that out.” By the way, before marriage I had perfect credit, large savings (bought her a $ 10,000 engagement ring, paid off), and excellent spending habits. While of course I can’t blame others for my financial mire, looking deeper into the complexity of the situation might help you answer questions more efficiently. Oh, finally, for the first guy — no worries, I’ve got a job. Average time between being crushed by an affair and working is a year. I did it in 8 months. Wohoo! As it says above, RN work for $ 22.50/hr and putting in 50+ hour weeks. Thanks all!

Best answer:

Answer by jess
wow……. think and put in action a better life for yourself…………learn from the past ………… ring the companies you owe money too and arrange a payment plan you can afford………. and get yourself a job …any job

Are you pretty much only attracted to guys who have typical business/sales/marketing/finance personalities (i.e., extremely personable and social)? Or would you also potentially be attracted to the stereotypical engineer type (somewhat more introverted and reserved)? Do you have a general preference one way or the other?

EFT – MONEY AND SPIRITUALITY (Part 2)

Question by Jesus of Nazers: Miracles. True or False? (see details)?
I often here about miracles that are actually simply rare occasions, like praying on a lottery ticket to get money for the poor and winning. Or someone fighting cancer away and winning. These things happen rarely but are often attributed to being a miracle when we know that there are existing statistics behind them. For example, about one in 20,000,000 people win the lottery. Rare, but it happens. I know someone that had an entire leg removed because of an accident. If he prays enough and believes enough, does it have any possibility of miraculously growing back by itself? This would be a miracle. Are miracles true or false?

Best answer:

Answer by Pontiff
Miracles are the natural occurrences of the will of God… not the occurrences of the will of man.

I love it when I get thumbs down because what I say people don’t want to hear lol..

Maybe they should name this section, “Lies Only”.

Question by Armageddon: Who have a legitimate jobs work online, data entry typing and etc. (provided worldwide) ?
Who knows a legitimate online job, like data entry typing (no marketing, no selling) and doing it now. I’ll pay $ 1000 GUARANTEED….if someone give me a link for real and its realy not a scam or is a BBB member. Write me to my email.

Best answer:

Answer by vicseo
The following may be not available wordwide, but if you are an accomplished typist – word processor and have recently visited your local city college or university librarian, you can apply as a “certified” graduate typist, earning between $ 1.50 to $ 2.00 per page for a master or doctoral thesis. The librarian will provide you with a sample of the typing template (i.e., margin settings, font selection, page set up, etc.) in order to complete these projects. An average weekend income is about $ 300-$ 400 for two days work.

Good luck!

This is an earthquake of at least 5.5! At the mid-America earthquake center you can see what would happen if the ground beneath you started to shake! You might be surprised that so many things inside the home can be destroyed, even kill you, even though the structure of the home stays intact. “The risk of an earthquake is real” says Jeanne Salvatore, senior vice president, Insurance Information Institute. Earthquakes are not covered by homeowners insurance, you need separate insurance to cover earthquakes. The Institute for Business and Home Safety says there are easy and inexpensive steps you can take inside your home to make it safer. Anchor bookcases and filing cabinets to the wall. Install ledge barriers on shelves. Put heavy things lower. Harvy Ryland, President of the Institute for Business and Home Safety (www.ibhs.org) says earthquakes injure and kill people, destroy their homes and steal their jobs. The tragedy is that we know how to reduce injuries to families and their homes, and we are not doing it. For more information about insurance, go to the III Web site at www.iii.org

Answer by Angie
You’d have to ask the insurance agent. If it doesn’t cover it, they may be able to suggest a different, short term policy that would meet your needs.
