Do some research on medical manufacturers of medical devices. Medtronic or Stryker is a good choice. You will find many lawsuits about bribes and kickbacks to doctors who use their device. The bribe is usually disguised as payment for consultation. They say the physician is being employed as a consultant, and the consultation has to happen in Hawaii. The good doctor does a minimal paperwork, or gives a 1 hour speech….and the whole “vacation” is paid in full. Workers from inside these companies have filed whistle blower suits against the company they work for. Maybe this will help you.
