Question by Lioness: We have come far in achieving financial independence but?
I believe we also need to emphasize as much on achieving emotional independence, as our past, emotionally absent fathers etc. reflect in our selection of men and the relationships we find ourselves in. How can we promote emotional independence, help each other and ourselves in becoming emotionally independent?
Joaquin M: I’m not talking about emotionally independent in terms of not able of loving or being in a loving relationship. I’m referring to women who stay in abusive relationships due to codependency issues.

I dont wanna be emotionally independant. A person who lacks emotions is just as dangerous as one overriden by them.
