I am just trying to do my part to help you the people to understand what our schools, churches, banks and families will not tell you. Some will not tell you simply becasue the information has been kept from them. Others know but will continue to promote the fraud becasue it is better for them if they go alone with the system because it provides for them a so-called good life style at the expense of others. Question by rt11: How soon should I apply for a personal banking job before I graduate in December?
I am a college student and will be graduating early in December. I am looking to get into the banking industry and feel a personal banker would be a good place to start. I would really love to have a job lined up as early as possible. When should I start applying? Do places hire students before they graduate? Also if anyone knows if a personal banker would be a good starting job let me know. Thanks for the help!

That’s one of the few jobs that I haven’t done in my life, but I know from experience that the earlier you look, the better off you’ll be. If you can put in just 12-18 hours a week or so, learning the ropes, while you’re in school, you will be better off than you were before.
Our company hires interns during their last year of studies, and they are usually hired on as full time employees after they graduate.
