Question by Franko: What resources will provide us with honest Debt Consolidation of our Credit Cards?
I’m looking for companies or Non-Profits that will help, not hinder in this process. I would prefer to pay the debt off in 4 years, however, the problem is we might need the Credit Card in case of an emergency. NOTE- Some services require that you cancel the card once paid off and/or suspend the credit while paying this debt off.

Question by caddi814: How costly is it 2have hardwood floors redone? Also, will homeowners insurance pay 2 fix foundation problem?
I want to have someone come in & sand and refinish my harwood floors. Ive been told to just rent a sander myself, but a friend i know did that & ended up with “humps” in her flooring, and eventually just covered it up with carpet. So I def. want to leave it up to the professionals. I live in Northern Alabama, my house is 2,200 square feet aproximately. But two of my rooms are carpets, hence, it wouldnt apply to those rooms. is it unheard of for the flooring company to do finiancing with them [it would help].
Also my ceiling has cracks now, and the doors wont shut all the way [so im almost certain its a foundation problem]. My mom just paid $ 4,000 for her foundation to be fixed. =( that’s too much. any chance homeowners insurance will pay for that?
