Question by wiseone: What can I do about insurance fraud comitted by independent pharmacy?
An independent pharmacy is billing a handicap friend of mine for charges that have already been paid by insurance. He sent the info to the states Attorney General and they confirmed that fraud has taken place but due to the amount said they would not file charges. He called a lawyer and the lawyer said the pharmacy has him over a rock and a hard place and that the court cost would be more than he would collect. Any suggestion as to what he could do?
