I don’t know what city and state you are in but I live in Philly and when I got married in 2007 it cost me 50.00 for my license and my sister in the same state got married but in 2008 and went up to 85.00.

As for getting married in a church I know my church that I go to charges small fees for clean up and the pastors time. But my sister not a member of my church was going to be charged about 1,000 dollars you just have to look around.
