Question by Histon Jadpo: How come a man who commited fraud on Ebay got arrested for not sending the item, isn’t it civil matter?
A man around his mid 30′s was arrested after he commited fraud on ebay.
He sold an item, got paid by paypal but never sent the item.
How come he got arrested, I thought it was a civil matter? The item sold was a $ 1200 gaming computer.
