Question by heavyd: Should I report my tenants on the home insurance policy?
I used to live in my house but now I am renting it out. Should I tell my home insurance company that I will no longer live there and tell them about the tenants?

u need the correct insurance for a commercial property and plenty of it.

Question by gernboken: Why is my money tree turning white and what can I do to save it?
I just repotted my money tree. I used miracle gro potting soil. It seemed to go smoothly, but now the leaves are starting to turn white. I gave it a little extra water when I repotted it because I thought that’s what I was supposed to do. I didn’t give it much extra because it never needed a lot of water before. The new soil stayed wet a lot longer than I was used to with the smaller pot. I put it outside yesterday because I thought that might help dry the soil out or give the plant more light. The soil is very slightly damp right now. But now even more leaves are starting to turn white. I also noticed what looks like little fruit flies in the soil, just a few, not a whole lot. Before I repotted it was in an office with limited sunlight but lots of fluorescent light. The only thing that’s changed is that I repotted it and it was outside for about five hours yesterday.
I have no idea what kind it is. It’s kind of like a bonsai tree, it’s got three trunks which are braided together, and the leaves are shiny, green, and have five lobes kind of like a pot plant, but they’re smooth, not saw-toothed. It’s a houseplant. Pretend I said “how can I save my plant” instead of “how can I save my tree”.
